General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Liveli Creations


1. About

The website www.livelicreations.com is operated by Lisa GOVERNATO , sole proprietor, registered under SIRET number 908 408 073 00017 , whose registered office is located at 114 Traverse Marius, 13360 Roquevaire, France .

By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept these general terms and conditions of sale.


2. Our products

Each piece of jewelry is assembled by hand in our workshop, with the utmost care.
The photos and descriptions are made to reflect reality as closely as possible, but slight differences (hue, size, brightness) may exist due to handcrafted work and screens.


3. Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Liveli Créations reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will always be billed at the price indicated when the basket is validated.


4. Order

Orders are placed exclusively on www.livelicreations.com .
Once your order has been validated and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
The sale becomes final after payment is confirmed.

Liveli Créations reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment problems, stock issues or incomplete address.


5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering, by credit card via a secure platform (Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal).
All transactions are protected by the SSL protocol.
If the bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.


6. Delivery

The jewelry is prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Liveli Créations is not responsible for delays related to carriers or address errors.
In case of an address error, the costs of any reshipment will be borne by the customer.
No refund will be issued for an order delivered to an address provided in error.


7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind.

To exercise this right, the jewelry must be:

  • New, unworn , and in its original packaging .
  • accompanied by the order number and a word specifying “ Refund ”.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned jewelry, using the same payment method.

🚫 Exceptions:
No returns are accepted for:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons),
  • personalized or custom-made jewelry,
  • discounted or free products.


8. Reception and complaints

Please check your package upon receipt.
If an item is missing, damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days at contact@livelicreations.com with a photo and your order number.

If the tracking indicates “delivered” to the address provided, the order is considered received.
In the event of a loss confirmed by the carrier, a solution will be offered to you (refund or reshipment).


9. Returns and refunds

For all accepted returns, instructions will be sent to you by email.
The package must be sent by post only (no collection points are accepted).

The jewelry must arrive undamaged. Any jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or is incomplete will not be refunded.
Liveli Créations is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
We recommend tracked or registered shipping to avoid any disputes.


10. Guarantees

All our jewelry benefits from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years),
  • and the guarantee against hidden defects .

In the event of a proven defect, the jewelry can be exchanged, repaired or refunded depending on the situation.


11. Retention of Title

The jewelry remains the property of Liveli Créations until full payment of the order.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, photos, videos, graphic designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Liveli Créations.
Any reproduction, modification or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.


13. Personal data

Your data is used solely to process your orders, ensure their delivery, and inform you if you have requested it.
They are never resold to third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@livelicreations.com .

14. Disputes and Mediation

If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our customer service at contact@livelicreations.com to find an amicable solution.
