RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and request a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging at the time of return inspection. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
- Free or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. If one of your jewelry items was part of a bundle promotion (e.g., buy 3 get 1 free), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
- Packages returned without any information that could identify the sender (name, first name, address, order number, etc.) cannot be accepted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing your tracking number in your return request.
- Exchanges and refunds are not possible on the "earrings" category for hygiene reasons.
- Since jewelry in the “PERSONALIZATION” category is custom-made for each customer, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the event of non-compliance with the order.
Please note : if one of the conditions is not met, the return will not be accepted, you will not be reimbursed and we will charge you the cost of returning your package to your home.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs will be:
- **Free** if you choose a voucher for the amount of your order.
- **At your expense** if you opt for a refund to your bank account.
Please note : An order paid for with a voucher can only be returned for a voucher and not a refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To make a return request:
All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by email to contact.liveliparis@gmail.com
The return must be made to the address indicated on the return email.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return, within a maximum of 30 days. It will be made using the payment method you used.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Our warranty lasts 60 days from the delivery date of your order. For any product with defects, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo and the reference of the damaged item. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
SHIPMENTS
If you haven't received your package after 30 days and your tracking shows it's still undelivered, we'll refund you or resend the item. Please contact our customer service at contact.liveliparis@gmail.com.
RETURN AND TRACKING OF PACKAGES
It is recommended to return your item with tracked shipping, which constitutes proof of return. If the package does not arrive at the return address, no investigation will be possible to locate it. Liveli Créations declines all responsibility in the event of loss by the delivery organization. In the event of a dispute, it is your responsibility to prove that you have complied with the withdrawal period.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ERRORS
- If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the package. The customer must ensure that the address provided when ordering is correct and complete.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the package to the correct address after receiving the reshipping fee.
- No refunds will be issued for orders not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
