RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy – ​​Liveli Creations

At Liveli Créations , each piece of jewelry is carefully assembled by hand.
If, however, your order is not to your liking, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return, exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.


1. General return conditions

For your return to be accepted:

  • The jewelry must be new, unworn and in its original packaging .
  • The return must include a paper stating your name, your order number and the jewelry concerned (name + size) .
  • Please clearly indicate inside the package: "EXCHANGE", "VOUCHER" or "REFUND" , as required. This will allow us to process your return more quickly.

🚫 Returns are not accepted for:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons),
  • personalized or custom-made jewelry ,
  • products offered or on sale .

If your order included a promotional offer such as "buy 3 jewelry items get 1 free" , the entire set must be returned for a full refund.

⚠️ Any jewelry that is worn, damaged, incomplete or does not conform to these conditions will be refused.
The package can then be reshipped at your expense.


2. Your return options

At Liveli Créations , we offer several simple and flexible solutions to ensure your experience remains positive.

Option 1 – FREE EXCHANGE

If the size is not suitable (for example for rings or chains), we will send you the jewelry in the correct size free of charge upon receipt of the return.

  • Return shipping costs 100% covered by Liveli Créations.
  • Only the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Option 2 – GIFT VOUCHER


Choose a voucher for the exact amount of your order , valid for 1 year on the entire site and usable in one or more installments.

  • Returns are then completely free .
  • The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash .
  • If your initial order was paid for with a voucher, the return will result in a new voucher of the same amount.


Option 3 – REFUND

If you prefer a refund, that is of course possible.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility , and the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the jewelry.

⚠️ Worn, damaged, incomplete or unpackaged jewelry is not eligible for a refund.
The initial delivery charges (standard only) are refunded in the event of a valid cancellation.
Orders paid for with a voucher can only be refunded in the form of a voucher .


3. Return Process

  1. Submit your request within 14 days of receipt to:

  2. Wait for validation by our customer service before returning your jewelry.
    No returns without prior notification will be accepted.
  3. The return address will be sent to you by email.
  4. Your refund, exchange or voucher will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the jewelry.


4. Return shipping method

  • Returns to collection points are not accepted.
  • Returns must be made exclusively by mail .

💡 We recommend registered mail with signature , which is more secure and fully traceable.
If the return is made without tracking and the package is lost, no refund or exchange can be made .
In accordance with the law, the customer remains responsible for the return until the package has been received by Liveli Créations .


5. Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions

  • Amount: exact value of your order (excluding express option).
  • Validity: 1 year , usable in one or more installments.
  • Non-refundable, not convertible into cash.
  • If you lose your code, contact contact@livelicreations.com : a new code can be generated if the balance is still available.


6. Defective or damaged items

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of delivery .
If you notice a defect, please contact us within 7 days with:

If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with an exchange, repair, or refund .

This guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by law.


7. Shipments and packages not received

If you have not received your order after 30 days , contact us at contact@livelicreations.com .
We will check the tracking and offer you, as appropriate, a refund or a replacement .

Any anomaly (missing, defective, non-compliant item) must be reported within 7 days of receipt .
After this period, no claims will be accepted.


8. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer must verify that the delivery address entered is correct and complete.
In case of error:

  • Liveli Créations cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us, it can be reshipped at your expense.
  • No refund will be issued for an order not delivered due to an incorrect address.
