Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Liveli pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason. This applies to all orders, and reflects your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, undamaged, with any tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@livelicreations.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and full instructions.

Please don't send anything back before your return has been approved. Items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or registered service, as Liveli cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

If you received the wrong or a defective item because of an error on our side, we'll cover the return shipping and send you the correct piece at no extra cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@livelicreations.com so we can put it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know by email whether it's been approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.
