Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates Standard shipping fees apply at checkout based on your location. Shipping is free on all orders over €60 within Europe.

Delivery times Europe: 2 to 5 business days Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Liveli is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Customs and import duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Liveli has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or stolen packages Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Liveli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact.liveliparis@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
