Products All products sold on livelicreations.com are described as accurately as possible. Photos are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings.

Liveli reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time without notice.

Prices All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the order qualifies for free shipping (orders over €60 within Europe).

Liveli reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Installment payment is not currently available.

Order confirmation An order confirmation email is sent upon receipt of your payment. This email constitutes proof of purchase.

Liveli reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, stock error, or suspected fraud.

Right of withdrawal In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Warranty All Liveli rings come with a 2-year guarantee against tarnishing, scratching, and discoloration. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no cost.

Applicable law These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
