General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Liveli Créations


1. About Us

The website www.livelicreations.com is operated by Lisa GOVERNATO, an individual entrepreneur, registered under SIRET 908 408 073 00017, with its registered office at 114 Traverse Marius, 13360 Roquevaire, France.

By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of sale.


2. Our Products

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop with the utmost care.
Photos and descriptions are made to reflect reality as accurately as possible, but slight differences (shade, size, shine) may exist due to artisanal work and screen variations.


3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
The price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.
Liveli Créations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will always be invoiced at the price indicated when the cart is validated.


4. Order

Orders are placed exclusively on www.livelicreations.com.
Once your order is validated and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
The sale becomes final after payment validation.

Liveli Créations reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues, stock shortages, or an incomplete address.


5. Payment

Payment is due upon order, by credit card via a secure platform (Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
All transactions are protected by SSL protocol.
In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.


6. Delivery

Jewellery is prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order.

Liveli Créations is not responsible for delays related to carriers or address errors.
In case of an address error, the costs of any re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
No refund will be issued for an order delivered to an address incorrectly provided.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to change your mind.

To exercise this right, the jewellery must be:

  • new, unworn, and in its original packaging,
  • accompanied by the order number and a note specifying “Refund”.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned jewellery, using the same payment method.

🚫 Exceptions:
No returns are accepted for:

  • earrings (hygiene reasons),
  • personalised or custom-made jewellery,
  • sale or gifted products.


8. Receipt and Claims

Please check your package upon receipt.
If an item is missing, damaged, or non-compliant, contact us within 7 days at contact@livelicreations.com with a photo and your order number.

If tracking indicates “delivered” to the specified address, the order is considered received.
In case of proven loss by the carrier, a solution will be offered (refund or re-shipment).


9. Returns and Refunds

For any accepted return, instructions will be sent to you by email.
The package must be sent only by post (no relay points are accepted).

The jewellery must arrive intact. Any worn, damaged, or incomplete jewellery will not be refunded.
Liveli Créations is not responsible for loss or damage during return transport.
We recommend tracked or registered shipping to avoid any disputes.


10. Warranties

All our jewellery benefits from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years),
  • and the guarantee against hidden defects.

In case of a proven defect, the jewellery may be exchanged, repaired, or refunded depending on the situation.


11. Retention of Title

The jewellery remains the property of Liveli Créations until full payment of the order.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, photos, videos, graphic creations, etc.) is the exclusive property of Liveli Créations.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.


13. Personal Data

Your data is used solely to process your orders, ensure their delivery, and to inform you if you have requested it.
It is never sold to third parties.
You can at any time request access, correction, or deletion of your data at contact@livelicreations.com.

14. Disputes and Mediation

In case of difficulty, please contact our customer service at contact@livelicreations.com to find an amicable solution.
